1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Life GPS ("the App", "Service"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Operator:

• WAADSU s.r.o. ("Life GPS", "we", "us") — a limited liability company under Czech law
• Registered in: the Czech Republic (registered address to be added before publishing)
• Contact: support@lifegpsos.com

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.

2. Description of service

Life GPS is a personal life-management tool organized around 9 life spheres (money, health, love, family, friends, self-realization, education, spirituality, work). Features:

• Life balance assessment — sliders & quizzes
• Goal & obstacle tracking — desires & pains per sphere
• AI-assisted guidance — chat assistant for reflection
• 21-day programs — sphere transformation protocols
• Social features — invite trusted people into your private support network (optional)

The App is a self-help tool, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See Section 11.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (EU/EEA) or 13 (USA). Minors need verifiable parental consent.

4. Account registration

To use most features, create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate info (email at minimum)
2. Keep your auth method secure
3. Not share your account
4. Notify support@lifegpsos.com if you suspect unauthorized access

5. User content

"User Content" = profile, sphere scores, quiz answers, desires, pains, tasks, notes, reflections, AI messages, invites.

5.1 Your rights

You retain full ownership. We don't claim ownership.

5.2 License you grant us

A limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, process — solely to operate the App for you. Ends when you delete content or account.

5.3 What you may not submit

Content that:

• is illegal, threatens, harasses, defames, hates, is obscene, or infringes rights
• impersonates another person or entity
• contains malware
• violates third-party IP or privacy
• aims to harm or deceive other users

5.4 Our removal rights

We may remove violating content without prior notice. Repeated violations → account termination.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

1. Reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper
2. Bypass rate limits or security
3. Scrape, spider, automate access
4. Build a competing service from the App
5. Resell, lease, redistribute
6. Use for unlawful purposes
7. Exploit AI for prohibited content (per Privacy Policy §5 and provider policies)

Violations → immediate suspension/termination without refund.

7. AI chat assistant — important disclaimer

The AI assistant:

• Is not a licensed professional — not a doctor, therapist, financial advisor, lawyer, or coach
• May produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased responses
• Is a thinking partner, not authoritative advice
• Has no real-time data about you, your medical situation, legal status, or market prices unless you provide it

You agree:

• Not to make consequential decisions (medical, financial, legal, safety) based solely on AI
• To consult qualified professionals
• That Life GPS is not liable for outcomes you attribute to AI suggestions

If you experience a mental health crisis, call your local emergency number or a crisis hotline (US: 988 · UK: 111 · EU: 112). Do not rely on the App for crisis intervention.

8. Subscriptions, payments, refunds

Current pricing (v1.0): Free during Early Access.

Future paid features: Pro tiers may be introduced. When that happens:

• Pricing shown clearly before subscription
• Payments via Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing
• Auto-renewing subscriptions: charged 24 hours before period end; manage via device settings
• Refunds: per Apple's / Google's policies. We can't process refunds directly.

We give 30 days' notice before paid features affecting existing access launch.

9. Intellectual property

9.1 Our IP

Code, design, text, graphics, "9 spheres" framework, TrafficLight scoring, "Truth Weight Score", 21-day program structures, AI prompts, branding (name "Life GPS", logo) — exclusive IP of WAADSU s.r.o. Protected by copyright, trademark, other laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal non-commercial use.

9.2 Your IP (reiterated)

Your User Content remains yours — see 5.1.

9.3 Feedback

Suggestions, ideas, bug reports — perpetual royalty-free worldwide license to us.

10. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services (auth, analytics, AI inference, email — see Privacy Policy §4). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant: (1) the App will meet your requirements; (2) be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (3) results will be accurate or reliable; (4) information / advice will meet expectations; (5) errors will be corrected.

The App is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for serious matters.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

1. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including lost profits, data, goodwill
2. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY won't exceed the greater of (A) €50 OR (B) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event

These limitations don't apply to: death/personal injury from our negligence; fraud; liability that can't be excluded under law (EU consumer rights).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Life GPS, affiliates, personnel from claims arising out of:

• Your violation of Terms
• Your User Content
• Misuse of the App
• Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law

14. Termination

14.1 By you

Delete account in Settings or email privacy@lifegpsos.com. Data processed per Privacy Policy §6.

14.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate if you violate Terms, Privacy Policy, or law; misuse AI; abuse other users; interfere with Service; engage in fraud.

14.3 Effect

License ends. Sections that should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update Terms. When:

1. "Last updated" date changes
2. Material changes notified in-app at least 14 days before effective
3. Continued use after effective date = acceptance

If you don't agree to a new version, delete your account before the effective date.

16. Dispute resolution

16.1 Informal first

Before formal claim — contact legal@lifegpsos.com with description and proposed resolution. We'll work in good faith for 30 days.

16.2 Courts

Any dispute not resolved informally goes to competent courts of the Czech Republic, with Prague primary jurisdiction. Czech or (by mutual agreement) English.

16.3 Class action waiver (US users only)

To the extent permitted by law, disputes brought individually, not as class actions. Doesn't apply to EU consumers (statutory rights retained).

17. General provisions

17.1 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the rest stays in effect.

17.2 No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive our right later.

17.3 Assignment

You can't assign Terms without our written consent. We can assign freely (e.g., merger/acquisition).

17.4 Force majeure

No liability for delays from causes beyond reasonable control (disasters, war, government action, internet outages, pandemics).

17.5 Entire agreement

These Terms + Privacy Policy + applicable in-app terms = entire agreement.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Nothing limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under your country's law.
