Yes — Settings → Privacy → Export My Data → JSON file emailed to you within 7 days (GDPR Art. 20 portability).

Settings → Account → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. All data is removed within 24 hours (audit log retained per GDPR Art. 5(2)). You can also email privacy@lifegpsos.com.

We focus on mobile because life events happen mostly on mobile. Web app planned post-PMF (~6 months after launch).

You go through a short setup, the app reads your state across 9 areas of life, and surfaces one concrete next action sized to where you actually are.

Tasks adapt to where each area of your life stands today. When something's clearly off, the app keeps the action small and recoverable. When things are stable, it offers growth-oriented next steps.

You can complete the initial quiz anonymously, but to save progress and get daily new tasks you'll need to sign up (Email, Google, or Apple). Email signup is OTP — no password to remember.

If signed up via Google or Apple, you can recover via OAuth. If signed up via Email OTP and lost access — email support@lifegpsos.com with proof of identity (e.g. screenshot of original signup confirmation email).

No. Life GPS is a measurement tool with action recommendations. We do not promote a specific lifestyle or spiritual path. The "spirituality" sphere is about your sense of meaning — Christianity, Buddhism, atheism, agnostic — all valid.
